Chelsea Spence
A Tri-Cities
native, Chelsea Spence earned her Master's degree in Harp Performance from Colorado State University, in Fort Collins,
and her Bachelor's of Music in Harp Performance at Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA. An active member of
the Tri-Cities chapter of the Washington State Music Teacher's Association, Chelsea is the 2010-2012 chapter secretary.
With over ten years of teaching and performing experience, Chelsea has a harp studio in Kennewick, WA, and has performed
throughout Colorado and Washington States. Chelsea is currently principle harpist with the Mid-Columbia Symphony in the
Tri-Cities, Wa and with the Walla Walla Symphony in Walla Walla, WA. Chelsea has also had the pleasure of performing with
the Oregon East symphony and was also the featured soloist with the Grande Ronde Symphony in La Grande, OR in 2010. Chelsea
is currently the harp instructor at Walla Walla University in College Place, WA and at Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA. Chelsea lives
in Kennewick with her husband, Adam, their dog Ava and two cats.
